Chemprobes
The group develops the following lines of research:
- multinuclear development and characterization of relaxometric NMR in solution of paramagnetic metal complexes as diagnostic probes (PE5_14);
- synthesis of polyamine carboxylic chelators and their covalent or non-covalent conjugation to biological vectors or nanoparticulate systems, both organic (micelles, liposomes) and organic / inorganic hybrid (PE5_23);
- synthesis and characterization of multifunctional inorganic nanoparticles (PE5_10);
- development of molecular probes responsive to the tissue microenvironment for applications in molecular and cellular imaging (PE5_16).
