DiSIT is spread over two locations: Alessandria and Vercelli.
Alessandria campus
The Alessandria campus is in viale Teresa Michel 11, in the Orti district.
It is around 2 km from the train station.
It can be reached with buses numbered AC, the stop is in front of the main entrance to the Department, and no. 4, with the stop on the via Bellini side. In rush hours, the buses pass by approximately every 20 minutes.
In front of the Department there is a free carpark for around 200 cars.

Student Services
The Student Services Office can be found on the 1st floor of DiSIT and deals with administrative procedures related to students’ university studies.

There is also the new online helpdesk service UPOriceve, active from 6 September, which allows you to make an appointment to speak directly with the staff of your Student Services Office.
This service allows you direct communication in the event of urgent and complex issues, while for less urgent problems we ask you to use UPOrisponde or telephone your Student Services Office at the number you can find on the Departmental website.
In addition to UPOrisponde and the phone option, the UPOriceve allows you to contact the Student Services Office in an efficient way to respond to your requirements.

Please note! For particular procedures which need to be completed in person (e.g. collection of degree parchments or consignment of official original documents, etc.), it is always necessary to make an appointment as the Student Services Office does NOT accept visits without an appointment.
Vercelli campus
The Vercelli campus is located in piazza S. Eusebio 5, in the historic San Giuseppe Building, around 500 metres from the train station.
The course books for DISIT in Vercelli are available on loan and for on-site reference at the DiSUMLibrary , in via Galileo Ferraris 54 in Vercelli.
