Analytical chemistry-chemiometry
The research lines of research developed by the group are:
- development, optimisation and validation of analytical methods applied to food, environmental and clinical samples (PE4_6);
- proteomics and medical diagnostics for the identification of biomarkers (LS2_3);
- characterisation and traceability studies of typical food products (PE4_6);
- development of spectroscopic methods for cultural heritage (PE4_6);
- development and application of multivariate chemometric methods also applied to industrial processes (PE4_6);
- isolation, determination and study of the biological activity of secondary metabolites of plant origin.
