Ordinary and partial differential equations, semilinear and quasilinear elliptic equations of the second and higher order, qualitative properties of the solutions of singular or fractional order elliptic equations, principles of unique continuation, eigenvalue problems for differential operators of the second and quart order, elliptic problems with non-standard boundary conditions, stationary and evolutionary problems and their applications to real world models in the physical, engineering or industrial fields.

Numerical methods for the approximation of solutions of initial value or boundary problems for ordinary and partial differential equations of integer or fractional order. Sturm-Liouville regular or singular differential operators: numerical methods for the approximation of the eigenvalues ​​(direct problem) and numerical methods for the reconstruction of the potential from the knowledge of suitable spectral data (inverse problem).
